Our Story

It started with a simple idea: how can we bring Brentwood’s incredible produce to the world? After success with the viral Kaya Bakery pop-up, we turned that question into a passion project. We challenged ourselves to reimagine classic ice cream by combining high-quality local ingredients with professional pastry skills—and the result was a local ice cream shop with deep roots in its hometown. Our goal is to be Brentwood’s go-to destination for handcrafted ice cream.
